Hey guys, thanks so much for your channel! I'm one month after cast removal (broken thumb). Thumb seems fine, a little stiff though, but the serious issue I'm having is that no matter how much exercises I do for my wrist, it would always become stiff again after a while. I'd put my hand in warm water a few times a day, use weight to stretch it up and down, it would feel fine, but half an hour later it'd be stiff again. Does it eventually get back to normal? or should I expect to have to do that for years now? how long should it take ? thanks so much.

from age 4 upwards to 14 I was such a good footballer played for my county had trials with premier league teams played in local youth teams 2 or 3 years older than me then when my left knee started to ache and I had to take longer and longer breaks in between training/games and my performance levels fell off a cliff I was done I stretched every hour iced 7 times a day 2 ice baths a day light exercise(cycling, swimming) and literally nothing let me play unless I was nearly overdosing on heavy painkillers so thanks to this horrible injury and countless doctors not giving a shit my dream is crushed 🙂

Too much emphasis is put on the FAST and/or BE FAST acronym. I had a stroke a year ago and I had absolutely no piece of either acronym. Your talk about the 5 symptoms before going into the acronyms would have been way more valuable to me if I would have understood them as possible stroke signs.

I don't agree. I have flat feet and also no fat on the bottom of my feet. I have worn hard, rigid custom orthotics for 35 years and love them. I could not walk across the floor without them, because my foot is so poor Yes you can correct some foot problems with exercises, but some stuff needs help. My feet loves rigid custom orthotics. Those FLEXIBLE over the counter arch supports are trash IMO.

What if it is still not going well after three months? Still swollen, joint still tings and burns. I fell on my finger about three months ago. Probably jammed it, X-rays say it is not broken. I iced it, splinted it, taped it and used it as tolerated. It swelled up, there was a red ring around the end joint and then two hard red knobs on the top of the joint that felt like something sharp poking from the inside. It has still not healed. The finger is still swollen and those two poking knobs have not disappeared. The knobs are red and turn white and burn and sting when I try to bend it. It won't bend completely. I think it didn't heal correctly. Doctor said take anti-inflamitory, use as tolerated and squeeze putty. Squeezing the putty made it swell up worse and burned and stung for about an hour afterwards. It is the ring finger on my dominant hand, I play the piano and use that finger to sew which is my livlihood. What is the treatment for this? Will it heal?

Hello Bob and Brad! First, thank you for everything you do! I started doing cardio exercises thanks to you and feeling much more energetic. But recently I discovered CMT (Charcot Marie Tooth) disease and I have constant pain in my legs and my stamina dropped a lot. I can only act in Vertical position until about 6-7 pm and then pain becomes severe. As I understood, only exercises can help me to stay more. People say that it's the most popular genetic disease... so If you have experience with patients that have CMT, I would be very glad if you make a video of some example exercises :)

Sorry.... but these are essential exercises. The reason we NEED to do them is if we are subjected to such movements and physical scenarios, our bodies are well able to handle them...and these scenarios are not rare but happens on a daily basis in our lives. And you 2 guys don't really look fit and move fit... So why teach about being in good shape when obviously you're not. Perhaps the reason you injuries from such movements is coz you don't do the REQUIRED EXERCISES... Sorry, but this is so wrong.
